Wellclad Division use the latest state of the art Fronius cladding equipment to deposit an internal corrosion resistant layer which protects the components against erosion thus providing a long life and cost effective solution to components subject to harsh environment conditions.
Wellclad Division we have a proven track record... with an annual welding capacity of 25,000 hours, over 160 live welding procedures and a defect rate of less than 0.5%.

Procedures
A wide range of qualified procedures are currently in place, for the overlay of low alloy/carbon steels with 300 series stainless steel, inconel, monel, stellite and hastelloy. In addition, we have procedures available for other specialised applications such as overlay and fabrications of more exotic base materials such as 25% Cr duplex.
